Joining our program, you agree with the following:
- We do not accept people under 18 years old. Only persons legally allowed to view adult material can participate.
- If a affiliate account is created with false/misleading information, the account will be terminated without payouts.
- We also do not accept visitors from websites which contain or imply containing of photo or video images of people under the age of 18 years old, or are demonstrating the cruelty and violence, or are distributing the stolen property.
Our links and banners may not be displayed on such kind of webpages and also on webpages that contain following words in Meta tags, page title, page body or anywhere else in the HTML code: "Lolita", "child", "children", "underage", "pre-teen", "minor", "rape", "bestiality", "incest" or any synonym for the aforementioned words. Any attempt to imply otherwise will lead to immediate termination of your account.
- We are not allowing to send visitors to our sites from news groups postings or e-mail messages. No links to our sites in news groups or mailing lists. All another spamming, including ICQ, IRC, message boards spam, is not allowed also.
- Our links and banners may not be displayed on sites which show full cancellation procedures and offer their surfers information on how to cancel, refund or chargeback the service. This is an unacceptable method of promoting our sites and any webmaster taking part in this activity will be removed from our program without payment.
- Banners must be located on your space. No hotlinking allowed. If you do, your account will be terminated without payout.
- You may not attempt to simulate signups, clicks or traffic to any of the web sites in the AFRevenue affiliate program. Any attempt to defraud or mislead us or any tampering with the signup forms to any of our web sites will lead to termination, loss of all funds, and possibly prosecution.
- AFRevenue affiliate program will not be held responsible for loss of revenue due to downtimes resulting from complications with our or your network, hosting equipment, technical errors, Visa/MacterCard regulations.
- We reserve the right to deny any person or company admittance into our program for any reason, based on the content of their web site or for any other reason.
- We reserve the right to cancel this program at any time. Any remaining balances until that time will be sent to you.
